Sim – The Bodyworker. The Health Builder.
I started with hands-on work. Deep tissue massage, sports massage and reflexology. Years of helping people manage stress and pain.
But behind the scenes, my own health was unravelling.
A fibromyalgia diagnosis hit hard. I was exhausted, inflamed, and falling apart. No quick fix worked. I didn’t want medication. I wanted answers.
So I went deeper.
I trained in metabolic health, learned how food, stress, and poor sleep wreck the body at a cellular level. I studied blood sugar, insulin resistance, mitochondrial health, and the role of lifestyle in chronic disease.
I stripped back everything. The sugar. The chemicals. Even the hair dye.
I rebuilt myself using real food, better rhythms, and science-backed habits.
Alongside decades of physical bodywork, I’ve studied:
I’ve lived both ends of the spectrum, burnout and recovery.
This work isn’t surface-level. It’s not about trends or hacks.
It’s about building health from the inside out, before your body forces you to.
That’s why I do what I do.

Business owners, property investors, and entrepreneurs often wear every hat - CEO, Finance Director, Admin, and Marketing Lead all at once. Yet, the relentless pace can take its toll. Stress, burnout, and health challenges can quickly derail even the best-laid plans.
True health freedom means having the energy, vitality, and longevity to fully enjoy and sustain the life and success you’ve worked so hard to build.
Think of your body as a house. The foundation is your nutrition - without a solid base of quality food and nourishment, everything built on top becomes unstable. The plumbing represents your body’s circuit systems - your blood and lymph which, like pipes, need to stay clear and free-flowing rather than sludgy, sticky, or slow.
The electrics are your heart and cardiovascular system, powering and energising every part of your “house,” ensuring that all systems run smoothly and efficiently.
The liver, kidneys, gut health and lymphatic system need consistent support (hydration, nutrient-dense foods, reduced toxins).
Regular movement improves lymph flow and circulation.
Good food will help your system flow, reducing carbs/sugars will reduce the sticky glucose in your blood so pipes don’t get swollen and inflamed and it all flows smoothly.
